Conditions
To ensure that our customers receive the best possible warranty coverage while protecting the interests of our company, the following limitations and conditions apply:
SM Diamond Center warrants that all jewelry sold by the company is free from defects in materials and workmanship.- The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect of the jewelry.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the jewelry to SM Diamond Center for warranty-related services, including insurance coverage for the shipment.
- The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the jewelry from SM Diamond Center and is non-transferable.
- Any modifications, repairs, or services performed on the jewelry by a third party, other than SM Diamond Center, will void this warranty.
- The warranty does not cover any center stones, and stones over a certain carat weight are excluded from coverage unless explicitly granted written permission.
- SM Diamond Center reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a defect is considered a manufacturing defect or not.
- In the event that a defect is covered under warranty, SM Diamond Center will repair or replace the jewelry, at its sole discretion, free of charge.
- The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the jewelry and does not include any other expenses or damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or other consequential damages.
- The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that arise during normal wear and use of the jewelry. This includes defects in the metal, prongs, or other components of the jewelry.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or other substances, including chlorine, bleach, or other cleaning agents. Customers should avoid exposing their jewelry to these substances to maintain the validity of the warranty.
- To be eligible for warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase from SM Diamond Center. This may include a receipt or other documentation indicating the date of purchase and the item purchased.
- The warranty does not cover any damage caused by resizing or alterations to the jewelry by SM Diamond Center or any other jeweler. Customers should avoid making any alterations to their jewelry to maintain the validity of the warranty.
- To maintain the validity of the warranty, customers must bring or ship their jewelry to SM Diamond Center for a minimum of 5 free cleanings per year. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided.</li>
- The warranty does not cover any loss or damage to the jewelry caused by theft, fire, or other events beyond the control of SM Diamond Center. Customers should take reasonable precautions to protect their jewelry from these types of events.
- Customers must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided by SM Diamond Center in order to maintain the validity of the warranty. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the warranty being voided.
- The warranty is void if the jewelry has been subjected to excessive force, impact, or other abuse beyond normal wear and use. Customers should handle their jewelry with care to avoid damaging it.
- The warranty covers any defects that arise due to faulty craftsmanship or materials used in the production of the jewelry. If a defect is discovered, SM Diamond Center will repair or replace the jewelry at no cost to the customer.

- The warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow specific care and maintenance instructions, including cleaning, storage, and use of the jewelry.
- SM Diamond Center does not cover any repairs or alterations made to the jewelry due to incorrect sizing or customization requirements provided by the customer.
- If the jewelry is lost or stolen, SM Diamond Center will offer a replacement option at a discounted rate as part of their lifetime upgrade policy.
- The warranty does not cover any damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or any other unforeseeable events beyond the control of SM Diamond Center.
- SM Diamond Center reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the customer has breached any of the warranty terms, including misuse of the jewelry or failure to comply with maintenance requirements.
- The warranty is only applicable for in-store purchases and does not apply to any online or third-party purchases.
- If a manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, SM Diamond Center will replace the jewelry or provide a store credit equal to the value of the jewelry, at their discretion.
